However, it is always patient’s responsibility to know and understand the specifics if their plan, including copay and annual deductible amounts, co-insurance percentage and prior authorization rules. In case of any uncertainty, patient needs to contact their insurance provider and have all questions answered.

By accepting your insurance NAC does not guarantee that your specific plan will cover a neuropsychological evaluation or psychotherapy services. 2. Copayment Amount
3. Prior Authorization - ask if prior authorization is necessary for the evaluation
