General Guidance
We do our best to provider care to patients with health insurance coverage most common to the state of Massachusetts. However, it is always patient’s responsibility to know and understand the specifics if their plan, including copay and annual deductible amounts, co-insurance percentage and prior authorization rules. In case of any uncertainty, patient needs to contact their insurance provider and have all questions answered.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We accept patients with insurance provided by the following companies. Please note that coverage varies greatly from plan to plan, even within the same insurance company. By accepting your insurance NAC does not guarantee that your specific plan will cover a neuropsychological evaluation or psychotherapy services.
