Nefeli Kokkinolambou
Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, stress, and navigating life changes. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we can identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop more helpful ways of responding to challenges, and build practical coping strategies that can be used in everyday life.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. My goal is not to tell clients what they should think or do, but to help them better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and develop tools that support the changes they would like to make. Above all, I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and know that they are being heard and understood.
